
Giorgi Shalamberidze

Giorgi Shalamberidze is an esteemed legal professional and co-founder of the law firm LBP. Giorgi’s areas of professional interest encompass corporate law, investments and venture capital, energy and renewables, technology and startups, outsourcing, and cybersecurity. Apart from his experience with his client base at LBP, Giorgi has held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Georgian Young Lawyers Association and Tbilisi State University, of which he is a graduate.
He continued his academic journey at the prestigious Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. with a full scholarship, where he earned a Master of Laws Degree in International Legal Studies in 2023. Giorgi’s accomplishments at Georgetown include being selected as a student representative for the Student Bar Association of Georgetown Law (for which he was later awarded the title of best representative) and being designated as a student ambassador for the faculty. He also furthered his understanding of global business & geopolitics through attendance of the classes at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. During his time at Georgetown, he was a member of the SFS Committee on China, the Anti-Poverty Society, and the International Arbitration Society, among others.
Giorgi’s keen interest in democracy and international law has led him to pursue courses in European Union Law at Utrecht University, Law and Globalization at Goethe University Frankfurt, and German law through his participation as a fellow of the German Foundation on International Legal Cooperation (IRZ). He also holds a certificate in intellectual property law from Harvard Law School.
Since 2023, he has been a research fellow at one of the most important think tanks in the South Caucasus.
Saba Kevkhishvili
Saba Kevkhishvili is a legal practitioner and co-founder of the law firm LBP, with a broad knowledge base and extensive experience that have established him as one of the leading lawyers in the Republic of Georgia for navigating complex transactions and procurement issues. Saba’s areas of interest encompass investment law, internet law, transactional law, intellectual property law, and outsourcing, which he honed through his own legal practice at LBP and through his prior work experience at one of Georgia’s leading commercial banks.
Saba has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tbilisi State University and has continued his academic journey to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He additionally holds certification in intellectual copyright law from Harvard Law School.
Saba has remained actively engaged in various local and international projects and conferences, including projects for his own personal development and interests – among them a recent simulation of the European Parliament, and the Berlin Model United Nations (Berlin MUN) conference.
