Mikheil Rekhviashvili is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in diverse fields of law and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients. His areas of interest encompass corporate law, investments and private equity, finance and banking law, intellectual property, labor law, real estate, and taxation. Mikheil honed these skills as a founding partner of LBP Law Office, and through his industry experience as chief legal officer at construction company Smart Solutions Construction.

Mikheil is a graduate of Tbilisi State University’s School of Law and has been awarded a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Central European University’s School of Legal Studies with distinction. During his studies at the Central European University, he specialized in business and economic law, attending lectures in the faculties of both business and economics.

Mikheil remains an active participant in international legal conferences and courses. In 2019, he received a full scholarship to attend courses on human rights and constitutional law at the Constitutional Court of Georgia and has additionally completed a clinic on legal ethics organized by leading Georgian University New Vision. He also successfully completed the Harvard Law School course on copyright with the highest rating.
