About the Role

LBP — Legal & Business Partners is looking for a motivated Junior Legal Researcher to join our team. This role is ideal for recent law graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Georgian and international law topics
• Prepare memoranda, case summaries, and legal briefs
• Assist senior lawyers in case preparation and due diligence
• Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes
• Draft and review legal documents under supervision
• Contribute to the firm's blog and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent legal writing and research abilities
• Fluency in Georgian and English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Georgian legislation and legal databases
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
